Developed from the reliable AV-SP series. The IQ's are easy to use and robust.

IQ Classic	Includes all the features of the basis plus
Vario	Continuous analogue display: Analogue multi-display graphically shows lift and sink. Display range: ± 2,000 ft/min (± 10 m/s) with a resolution of 40 ft/min (0.2 m/s)
Flight Memory	Flight data: The 50 most recent flights are automatically recorded. The following values are recorded: Max altitude 1, max altitude 2, max ascent rate, max descent rate, speed, flight duration and date
Data port	Interface port: Flight log may be downloaded to a PC or may be printed whilst connected directly to an Epson, IBM or HP printer
Total Energy compensation	Improves accuracy I guess
DUAL Power Supply	Two 1.5V AA cells (approx 80 hours operation) AND two 1.5V AAA cells (a further 40 hours); mechanically switchable. Battery status is constantly displayed

IQ Competition	Includes all the features of the IQ Classic plus
FAI Approved Barograph	Barograph printout shows time and date for the start of the flight, landing and printout time and any number of time markers set during the flight
	Recording accuracy: 1 meter (3 feet)
	Recording interval: 1, 5, 15, 25 seconds.
	Recordable parameters: Altitude, Vario and speed are recorded.
	Total memory capacity: Upto 50 flights and 70 hours.
	Barograph output: Traces may be downloaded to PC or may be printed whilst connected directly to an Epson, IBM or HP printer, printer cable and pc graph software included

IQ Comp GPS: Includes all the features of the IQ Competition plus
GPS Interface	GPS connection: Via interface (to Garmin GPS 12, GPS III, etc) enables Glide ratio display, Optimized speed-to-fly display and Final Glide Computer
Glide Ratio Display (actual)	When gliding, displays actual glide ratio over the ground
Speed-to-Fly Display	To optimise flying speed in order to maximise speed over the ground. The pilot adjusts his airspeed so that the indicator points to the next anticipated thermal strength. No contact with the instrument is required
Performance polars	The barograph function can be used to generate a performance polar. This improves the accuracy of speed to fly. PC graph software included
