Prices

The price of all goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. All prices include UK Value Added Tax of 17.5%. If you are outside of Europe you may not have to pay this, please ask us. Packaging or delivery costs will always be quoted before you pay anything.

Ways of paying

There is a drop down box on the payment form, If your card is on the form, we accept that type of payment.

Delivery

We will give you a delivery date on acceptance of your order (Once your card has been cleared). If we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will tell you immediately (by e-mail) and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer a Full refund.

Security

The site is secure for sending personal information. To 128 bit encryption standards (This is higher than industry standards of  40 bit encryption)

Promotions

Any promotion we do will meet the conditions of the Sales Promotion Code which you can see at www.asa.org.uk.

Consumer law

We do meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
the Consumer Credit Act 1974;
the Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations; and
the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Contracts

On acceptance of your card details by The Bank of Scotland, We will ship the goods to you. We will inform you of an anticipated delivery date. If we learn of a reason why we cannot make this delivery date we will inform you of this situation.

If goods are faulty or we have delivered goods which you did not specify in your order we will cover the costs of replacing these items.

This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Refunds

If goods are faulty or if we have delivered the wrong goods to you we will contact you to resolve this matter to your full satisfaction. 

Guarantees

We guarantee the equipment sold on this site to be fit for purpose, If a fault develops with the equipment within 30 days of the date of purchase, We will repair the equipment at no charge to you.

Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes

We will e-mail you a receipt for your payment, This will not include any of your account details. 

Solving disputes

In the event of a dispute between you (our client) and us, We have a simple procedure in place, You are right.

We will do everything we can to meet your requirements, We are well aware that you can tell a significant number of people of any problems you may have with the site. 

Data protection and privacy

We will not pass any information we receive on this site onto any third party. We may from time to time send out a mail shot if we have a particularly good deal, These will be kept below 50kb and you will be able to remove yourself from this list at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" in the subject of the e-mail
