the blokart is one of those toys where everyone can find their own level of contentment, but for those all-out speed merchants, we should issue this challenge. The Aussies have clocked them at over 90kmh.
one of the beauties of the blokart is that one size fits all, which
allows club racing to be easily organised. There have been developments
with a storm sail however, for those days when old ladies with umbrellas
pass you on the motorway. The storm sail is roughly 60% of the size
of the standard sail, and because of it's shape is actually more efficient
in very strong winds. It can be useful too if you have really lightweight
kids.
